Ron is the Vice President of Retail Sales and Marketing at Leviton. In this capacity he oversees all strategic initiatives for the US Retail Sales and Marketing teams. Ron has played a key role in contributing to the company’s continued growth across the retail channel and has demonstrated his leadership abilities and unique sales expertise. With a deep commitment to providing best-in-class customer experience and a keen sense for identifying opportunities for innovation, he has built trusting relationships with clients to help address their most complex needs. His broad experience in optimizing both organizational efficiency and effectiveness enables him to deliver sustainable value across customer verticals.
Ron joined Leviton as an Account Representative in 2006, and since then, has had extensive experience in the retail channel and the home improvement industry. He has demonstrated his sales leadership and expertise having served as Director of Sales for Retail and Director of Sales for The Home Depot. Prior to his time at Leviton, Ron spent more than a decade in sales and management roles, honing his organizational management and strategic growth skills.
Ron started his career at Sherwin-Williams, then went on to work as a Sales Manager for both Duron Paints and Closet Works.
Ron holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Business Administration from the University of Northern Colorado.
