Ross is the Chief Operating Officer of the Network Solutions business unit at Leviton. The division was founded in 1985 and provides high-speed networking infrastructure for commercial and residential networks globally. Ross has led multiple acquisitions for the business unit, including the acquisitions of Brand-Rex and Berk-Tek. He also serves as Leviton’s Chief Sustainability Officer, leading the foundation of Leviton’s sustainability strategy and program across all operations and businesses globally, which aims to reduce the company’s impact on the environment.
Ross joined Leviton in 2005 with global responsibility for the datacom business and has led the growth of the business, ranging from two acquisitions to product innovation, as well as overall profit and loss leadership. Prior to Leviton, he held key positions in general management, product development, product management, manufacturing, applications engineering, and development engineering at GE Lighting, GE Engines Raychem, PRTM, and IDEXX Laboratories.
Ross holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University, a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University, as well as an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
