SST cable is part of our MILLENNIUM™ SST ATLAS-X1™ and EXTREME™ Global Systems with guaranteed system margins. In addition to guaranteeing channel margins, we have also introduced a channel performance metric for SST known as System Application Score. The UL verified System Application Scoring process is a more accurate measure of how cabling and connectivity will perform under the strain of current and future real world traffic demands. The System Application Score provides a system performance rating of between 0 (Lowest) and 10 (Highest), with SST achieving a score of 8.0 (ATLAS-X1) illustrating its suitability for use in the most demanding 10 gigabit ethernet application environments.
