Lever Edge is an innovative wiring device solution featuring patented terminals for faster, efficient wiring. Lever Edge presently includes a single pole switch, a 3-way switch, a 15-amp duplex tamper-resistant outlet, a 20-amp duplex tamper-resistant outlet, 15-amp GFCI, 15-amp weather-resistant GFCI and a 150W LED dimmer.

 

A unique, patent-pending Spring Action Clamp terminal, where the stripped end of a conductor is inserted into the terminal and a manually operated integral lever applies clamping pressure to a spring mechanism, without the use of screws.

The spring action clamp is NOT to be confused with Quickwire™ push-in (stab) or back-wire clamp terminations.

15A Lever connectors work with both 14 gauge and 12 gauge stranded and solid copper wire only. 20A lever connectors work with 12 gauge and 10 gauge stranded and solid copper wire only. Lever Edge is not compatible with aluminum or copper clad wire.

Lever Edge devices coordinate seamlessly with any size Decora wallplate. The longer and wider strap is compatible with Decora Midway wallplates, and with standard sized Decora or and Decora Plus screwless wallplates when the device’s breakaway tab is removed.

Yes, all with the exception of the dimmer are backed by a 2 Year Limited Warranty. The Lever Edge dimmer is backed by a 1 Year Limited Warranty.

Yes, one benefit of Lever Edge devices is that they can be removed and rewired again.

When installing a Lever Edge device with a lighting control device, the tab is designed to go behind the dimmer strap for proper alignment.
